The Reason you FAIL...

                                                                                       TO SUCCESS

We often want to do things, we try and try a lot, but then we realize it is something we cannot do. We term this as a FAILURE to do that particular thing. Once you fail, people come to you and say "it's ok.. atleast you tried", "It's just not the right time, you should have waited", "Attempt is more important than the outcome". Well, all of it sounds good and true, but the question is why did we fail?

When this question comes, we begin our analysis. We start analyzing every step and make note of the points we did wrong. We realize every mistake we made and we learn from them. So now we are ready. We again make the calls and we re-launch. We take off, This time we are all sure of the success but we fail again. What could be the reason of our failure this time? 

We can do these analysis again and again, but things won't change a lot. The reason I say this is because the real reason of our failure lies even before we start the implementation. Everytime we fail, we analyze which step went wrong, but we never analyze the things before that. Our success or failure depends on what we think about ourselves when we do something. Lets take a simple example of an interview. We wait outside the interview room anxiously, everytime a person comes out we try to ask them a range of questions from how was it, how was the interviewer to what were you asked etc. I remember during one of my interviews where a a particular room was declared as the room of rejection and everyone who was lined outside that was sure about failure. When we ask these questions to people, we tend to create an image of the interviewer and we try to understand what is it that the interviewer wants. Instead of focussing on our strengths, our focus shifts to what does the interviewer want to listen. When your chance comes for the interview, you are so confused in trying to change yourself, all you tell yourself is " God save me today.. aaj to lag gaye ". You did not back yourself enough and left everything to destiny just before you entered the final test. You are bound to fail this interview. 

Try looking at your failures once again, and everywhere you will realize that you did not trust yourself enough to make it a success. You failed because you left too much for destiny to do. You failed because you beleived in everything others said rather than following your own instincts. You failed because you did not back your strengths, but kept adjusting to the needs and deeds of the surroundings. You will keep failing if you do not take a step now. 

The room termed as the rejection room had a lot of students getting selected after one of them cleared the round. That one person backed himself to get through, and was SUCCESSFUL.
